1. Where are you based and where you ship?

Our international team is based in CHINA . We ship to most countries in the world using international couriers such as dhl and fedex.

2. What if I have a problem with my order?

We have a dedicated customer service and sales team who will sort out any issues that may arise. If there are any issues with your final product, check out our Refunds and Exchanges Policy.

3. Are there minimum quantities?

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is generally 100 pieces, depending on product. We can still manufacture orders less than 100 pieces, but this will incur a surcharge, depending on how few items are ordered.

4. Do you provide samples?

Yes, we can provide customised samples at a cost. If you’d instead like one of our sales team to bring in some stock samples for you to view freely, please let us know.

5. Does the quotation include shipping?
